common problem

Tips: the system supports the storage of up to 128G TF card. In order to ensure the normal recording, it is recommended to use a genuine memory card. As the recording system keeps reading and writing data, it must use a class 10 high-speed card (reading speed 100MB / s, writing speed 60MB / s). At the same time, do not insert or pull the TF card when the system is turned on, so as to avoid damage to the memory card.

1. Do not start the motorcycle after starting: please check whether the connecting line is powered on normally.

2. Press the power on button to start the machine: please check whether the connection is powered on normally.

3. No video recording / no photo taking / no video locking after power on: please check whether the TF card is inserted or need to be formatted; if the problem still exists after the TF card is formatted, please re insert the TF card or re format the TF card or replace it with a new one. (the TF indicator does not work when there is a card, and flashes quickly when there is no card or when the TF card fails)

4. Abnormal phenomena such as crash: please press reset key.

5. The video is blurred: please check the lens for dust, please wipe the lens.
